On February 10, 2015, the Company announced that Mr. Jeffery A. Goodwin, Senior Vice President, Retail Operations, will retire effective March 31, 2015.  Mr. Marn Cheng, currently Senior Vice President Retail Support Operations, will immediately assume Mr. Goodwin’s responsibilities while some of Mr. Cheng's current roles will be reassigned to other functions.  Mr. Cheng's new title will be Senior Vice President, Retail Operations & Support.
