Recurring Cash Dividend
On February 12, 2015, Inteliquent, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors authorized and declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.15 per outstanding share of common stock (the “Quarterly Dividend”). The payment date for the Quarterly Dividend is March 12, 2014 and the record date for the Quarterly Dividend is the close of business on February 26, 2015.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
