On February 10, 2015, A. Graham Sadler, age 58, Chief Financial Officer of BGC Partners, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intention to retire. Mr. Sadler will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer of the Company until his successor is appointed.
A copy of the Company’s press release, dated February 11, 2015, announcing Mr. Sadler’s intention to retire is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
