On February 11, 2015, the Board of Directors of State Bank Financial Corporation declared a quarterly dividend of $.05 per common share to be paid on March 17, 2015 to shareholders of record of our common stock as of March 9, 2015. A copy of the press release announcing the cash dividend is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
