Delta Apparel, Inc. (the “Company”) announced with great sadness today that James A. Cochran, a long-standing member of the Company's board of directors, passed away on February 7, 2015, after a brief illness.
Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 11, 2015, the Company announced Mr. Cochran's passing with a press release, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
