Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 10, 2015, Hampton Roads Bankshares, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Shore Bank announced that Shore Bank’s specialty consumer finance unit, Shore Premier Finance, has established a relationship with Beneteau Group.
A copy of the press release making such announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
