Item 8.01 Other Events
On February 10, 2015, the board of directors of Cardinal Ethanol, LLC (the "Company") declared a cash distribution of $1,000 per membership unit to the holders of units of record at the close of business on February 10, 2015, for a total distribution of $14,606,000. The Company expects to pay the distribution by March 1, 2015.
