On February 9, 2015, Bank Mutual Corporation (the “Company”), the parent company of Bank Mutual (the “Bank”), issued a press release announcing that it plans to close seven of the Bank’s retail branch offices. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
