On February 5, 2015, David Gillespie resigned from the Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (“Chugach”) Board of Directors (Board) to accept the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Alaska Railbelt Cooperative Transmission & Electric Company (ARCTEC).  Director Gillespie was a member of the Board’s Operations Committee.  His resignation is not the result of any disagreement between Chugach and Director Gillespie on any matter relating to Chugach’s operations, policies or practices.
