Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 9, 2015 Arrowhead Research Corporation announced and commented on its fiscal 2015 first quarter financial results for the period ended December 31, 2014. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
