On February 5, 2015, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Summit Healthcare REIT, Inc. awarded Kent Eikanas, President and Chief Operating Officer, a cash bonus of $80,000 for his performance for fiscal year 2014. The bonus will be paid in accordance with payroll policy.
