("Signature," or the "Company") prepared a supplement to the stockholder Q&A filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on November 24, 2014 concerning the Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Merger Agreement") with Griffin Capital Essential Asset REIT, Inc. (“Griffin”) and Griffin SAS, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Griffin. A copy of this document is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
