Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 6, 2015, The Phoenix Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing its restatement of prior period financial statements and providing information regarding the estimated impact of certain corrections to previously issued financial information. This news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
