Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On January 28, 2015, First Financial Northwest, Inc. (the “Company”) amended its Bylaws to revise who will chair meetings of the Company’s Board of Directors and to delete the requirement that the President of the Company be a director, as well as minor revisions to conform the capitalization of certain terms in the Bylaws. A copy of the Company’s Amended and Restated Bylaws are attached hereto as Exhibit 3.2.
