Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 4, 2015, Evolution Petroleum Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting on financial and operating results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014, the Company's 2nd quarter of fiscal 2015. A copy of the press release, dated February 4, 2015, is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
