Effective January 31, 2015, S. Steven Singh resigned from the Board of Directors of Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Singh’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
