Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 4, 2015, CHC Group Ltd. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company plans to issue its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2015 ended January 31, 2015 after market close on Monday, March 16, 2015. The press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
On March 17, 2015, the Company will conduct a properly noticed conference call to discuss its results of operations for the third quarter of fiscal year 2015 ended January 31, 2015 and to answer questions raised by the call’s participants. The conference call will be held on March 17, 2015 at 8 a.m. Eastern Time and can be accessed via www.chc.ca/presentations. Analysts wishing to participate in the call are invited to dial into and register for the call at (877) 407-0778 or (201) 689-8565, using Conference ID 13600646.
