Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 4, 2015, Boot Barn Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing certain financial results for its third quarter ended December 27, 2014, and announcing that management would discuss those results on a conference call that day at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
