Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 3, 2015, Peoples Financial Services Corp. issued a press release announcing unaudited results of operations for the three and twelve month periods ended December 31, 2014, and financial condition at December 31, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
