On February 3, 2015, Hampden Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for Hampden Bank, issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and six months ended December 31, 2014. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 3, 2015, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per common share, payable on February 27, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 13, 2015.
