Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On January 21, 2015, Banner Corporation issued its earnings release for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2014. A copy of the earnings release was furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to the Form 8-K filed on January 21, 2015. On February 2, 2015 Banner issued a press release revising the previously reported earnings. The revised press release is furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
