On February 2, 2015, Sterling Construction Company, Inc. (the "Company") announced that Peter MacKenna, formerly President & Chief Executive Officer and a director, left the Company effective January 31, 2015.

The Company issued a press release regarding Mr. MacKenna's departure, which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein by this reference.
