On January 28, 2015, Robert J. Peters resigned as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Patriot National, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. The Company expects to pay Mr. Peters 90 days severance. The terms of the severance arrangement with Mr. Peters in connection with his resignation will be disclosed when determined.
