Item 5.03
Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On February 2, 2015 the Company’s Board of Directors voted to amend the Company’s amended and restated bylaws so that Article VII- Section 3. Fiscal Year shall read as follows:
The fiscal year of the Corporation shall end on the 30th day of April.
A copy of the amendment to the Company’s amended and restated bylaws is filed as Exhibit 3.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
