Item 2.02. | Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On January 29, 2015, Harmonic Inc. ("the Company") hosted a conference call to discuss its financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2014. The press release issued on January 29, 2015 was furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to the Current Report on Form 8-K filed on January 29, 2015. The purpose of this Current Report on Form 8-K/A is to furnish the transcript of the conference call.
