On January 29, 2015, SunCoke Energy Partners, L.P. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its fourth quarter and full year financial results for 2014. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

As noted above, on January 29, 2015, the Company issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fourth quarter and full year financial results for 2014. Additional information concerning the Company’s financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2014 will be presented in a slide presentation to investors during a previously announced teleconference on January 29, 2015.
