Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On January 29, 2015 ScanSource, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for its second quarter fiscal year 2015 for the period ended December 31, 2014. A copy of the press release and accompanying presentation slides are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and 99.2 hereto and incorporated herein by reference and also made available through the Company’s website at www.scansource.com.
