On January 26, 2015, the Board of Directors of Northeast Community Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) amended Article III, Section 2 of the Company’s bylaws to decrease the number of directors from ten to nine in connection with the passing of director Harry (Jeff) A.S. Read. The amended bylaws are filed as Exhibit 3.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
