Item 8.01 Other Events.
At its January 27, 2015 meeting, the Board of Directors of Middlesex Water Company (the "Company") declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1925 per common share payable on March 2, 2015 for shareholders of record as of February 13, 2015. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend declaration is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Form 8-K by reference.
