On January 29, 2015, Harvest Natural Resources, Inc., issued a press release, attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference, that its affiliates, HNR Finance B.V. and Harvest Vinccler S.C.A., have withdrawn without prejudice a Request for Arbitration filed January 15, 2015 with the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes against the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, pursuant to an order issued yesterday by the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware at the request of Petroandina Resources Corporation N.V.
