Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On January 28, 2015, First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Port Angeles (“First Federal”) today announced that its members have approved the plan of conversion pursuant to which First Federal will convert from the mutual to the stock form of organization. Members also approved the contribution to the First Federal Community Foundation, which was established by First Federal in connection with the conversion. The shares of common stock of First Northwest Bancorp, First Federal’s proposed holding company, are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market on Friday, January 30, 2015 under the symbol “FNWB.”
A copy of First Federal’s news release announcing the results of the special meeting is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
