In a press release dated January 29, 2015, Bank of Marin Bancorp (“Bancorp”) announced the retirement of Jan I. Yanehiro from the boards of Bank of Marin Bancorp and Bank of Marin, effective January 23, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
