Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.
On January 28, 2015 SCI Engineered Materials, Inc. (the “Company”) qualified and began trading on the OTC Markets’ OTCQX Market Tier under the symbol “SCIA”. The Company upgraded from OTCQB.
On October 28, 2014 the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company approved the move and the Company subsequently submitted the appropriate application. The Board believes the OTCQX will provide investors transparent trading and convenient access to news and financial disclosure while providing long-term shareholder value.
