Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On January 28, 2015, Palmetto Bancshares, Inc. issued a news release announcing its results of operations for the three months and year ended December 31, 2014. The news release also announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per common share. The cash dividend is payable on February 16, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 2, 2015. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
