Effective January 23, 2015, Greg Kranias resigned as a director of IASIS Healthcare Corporation (“IAS”), sole member of IASIS Healthcare LLC (the “Company”). Mr. Kranias resigned from the Board in conjunction with his resignation from TPG Capital, the Company’s controlling stockholder, to pursue other business opportunities and not as a result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company.
