Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 28, 2015, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V., the parent of FCA US LLC (the “Company”), issued a press release containing the results of operations and financial condition of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. for the fourth quarter and full year 2014. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
The information contained in the press release furnished herewith includes the consolidated results of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. and its subsidiaries, including the Company, and has been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Consistent with its usual practice, the Company will subsequently issue a press release announcing its preliminary fourth quarter and full year 2014 financial results on a stand-alone basis, and prepared in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (U.S. GAAP), followed by a conference call to review and discuss its preliminary fourth quarter and full year 2014 financial results.
