On January 26, 2015, Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for Berkshire Bank, announced its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2014.  The news release containing the financial results is included as Exhibit 99.1 and shall not be deemed “filed” for any purpose.

On January 26, 2015, the Company announced a cash dividend of $0.19 per share to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 12, 2015, payable on February 26, 2015.
