On January 26, 2015, Steel Partners Holdings L.P. issued a press release announcing that it has commenced the mailing of proxy materials to stockholders of JPS Industries, Inc. (“JPS”) to elect four director nominees at JPS’s upcoming 2015 annual meeting of stockholders and has also delivered a letter to JPS stockholders.
