Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 26, 2015, MeetMe, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that pursuant to a previously adopted stock-trading plan in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, Geoffrey Cook has sold 30,000 shares of the Company’s common stock. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
