Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 26, 2015, BBCN Bancorp, Inc. (“BBCN”) issued a press release concerning its results of operations and financial condition for the fourth quarter and full year ended and as of December 31, 2014. A copy of the January 26, 2015 press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 26, 2015, BBCN issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend to $0.10 per common share. The cash dividend will be paid on or about February 20, 2015 to all stockholders of record as of February 6, 2015. A copy of the July 22, 2014 press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
