Louis J. Mazzullo resigned from the Board of Directors of Bakken Resources, Inc. (“the Company”) for personal reasons by letter dated January 20, 2015. Mr. Mazzullo’s decision to resign as a director was due to time constraints from outside commitments, and not due to any disagreements with the Company or on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices. Mr. Mazzullo was an independent director. The Company has no immediate plans to fill the vacancy.
