On January 20, 2015, Daniel Gelbtuch and Marathon Patent Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), mutually agreed that Mr. Gelbtuch would cease to serve, effective immediately, as the Company's Chief Marketing Officer. The Company and Mr. Gelbtuch are working on details regarding an ongoing consulting position for Mr. Gelbtuch.
