On January 22, 2015, Virgin America Inc., issued an investor update providing guidance for Virgin America Inc.’s current expectation related to certain items for the fourth quarter of 2014 and for 2015. The investor update is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
