Pacific Continental Corporation, the bank holding company for Pacific Continental Bank (the Bank), has announced the appointment of Roger Busse to its board of directors, and to the board of directors of the Bank, effective January 20, 2015. Mr. Busse currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Continental Corporation (the Company) and has served as the President of the Company since April 2007. Mr. Busse’s appointment to the respective boards of directors expands the number of current directors on each board from 10 to 11. Mr. Busse has been named to the ALCO Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors.
