ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS.
On January 22, 2015, Heritage Financial Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2014. A copy of the press release is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.
On January 22, 2015, Heritage Financial Group, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share. The dividend will be paid on February 18, 2015, to stockholders of record as of February 4, 2015. A copy of the press release is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
