On January 22, 2015, Cascade Bancorp (the “Company”) announced that it will release its fourth quarter and year-end 2014 results before the market opens on Thursday, January 29, 2015, and conduct a quarterly earnings webcast the same day at 7:00 a.m. PST (10:00 a.m. EST) during which the Company will discuss such results and provide an update on recent activities. The press release announcing the webcast information is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
