| ITEM 2.02. | Results of Operations and Financial Condition |
On January 21, 2015, Parkway Properties, Inc. (“Parkway” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary leasing results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014, updating its 2014 funds from operations outlook and providing its outlook for funds from operations for 2015. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
On January 21, 2015, Parkway will conduct an investor presentation at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
The information furnished to the SEC pursuant to this item is furnished in connection with the public release of information in the press release on January 21, 2015 and in the Company's January 21, 2015 investor presentation.
