In connection with its ongoing public offering of common stock, Sierra Income Corporation (the “Company”) raised $31.0 million, $21.9 million and $24.6 million in the months of October, November and December 2014, respectively, bringing the Company’s total amount of capital raised to $543 million, as of January 16, 2015.
