ITEM 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On January 15, 2015 Range Resources Corporation issued a press release providing information regarding its adjusted 2015 capital budget, fourth quarter 2014 production volumes and information regarding the early commissioning of the Mariner East project. A copy of this press release is being furnished as an exhibit to this report on Form 8-K.
