Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On January 12, 2015, The Providence Service Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Robert E. Wilson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will step down from his role with the Company. He will remain with the Company through the first quarter of 2015 to lead the reporting of year-end results and to provide ongoing support during the transition. The press release relating to this announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
